Arabic parties in Ottawa & Montreal

Arabic parties by GIZA Entertainment: Layaly, Ottawa's Arabian night at Med Supper Club, Layaly in Montreal, Habibi Come to Beachclub and Habibi on a Boat. Arabic pop, dabke and live percussion.

About the nights

Layaly means “nights” in Arabic. The idea was to give the songs a whole community grew up with the same production any headline club night gets. Layaly has played rooms from TD Place at Lansdowne to Med Supper Club, and it grew into the Layaly Arabian Festival, Canada's first Arabic concert, with Myriam Fares and Saif Nabeel in 2023.

DJs move between Arabic pop, darbuka breaks and club edits, with live percussion and performers raising the room. Dabke circles open in the middle of the floor. Everyone dresses up, and everyone knows the words. In Montreal, Layaly plays Pangea and the Terrasse Carla rooftop, and Habibi Come to Beachclub brought the first Arabian day party to Beachclub in Pointe-Calumet.

Cities : Montreal, Ottawa.
